What would you do? • The Total Rewards Associate supports the delivery of compensation and benefits services for client accounts across multiple industries. The role involves assisting with compensation operations, benefits administration, reporting, and employee support activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery.
What are we looking for? Education Equivalent Any Graduate Experience • At least 1-3 years of role specific experience • Employee Workforce administration experience is a plus • SuccessFactors/Oracle Experience a plus • Strong MS Office and Excel skills operating procedures and contribute to process improvements Knowledge/Skills Requirements: • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Passion for customer service • Team player • Results & detail-oriented • Focus on high data accuracy • Quality driven – in communications and all system transactions. • Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner and escalate where appropriate • Good written and verbal skills. Strong English language communication skills • MS Office • Regulatory Compliance (Process specific) • CDP • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Key Responsibilities • Support compensation and benefits administration activities for client accounts • Assist with salary changes, incentive processing, and rewards-related transactions • Maintain and update employee compensation data in HR systems • Prepare reports, trackers, and basic compensation analysis using Excel and reporting tools • Respond to employee and stakeholder queries related to compensation and benefits • Support annual compensation cycles including increments, promotions, and bonus processes • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with client policies and internal guidelines • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and operations teams for issue resolution and process support • Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvements
