What would you do? The Data Management Senior Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, control, and compliance of Master Data within CLIENT’s SAP system. With a strong understanding of SAP and associated systems, the role ensures data amendments and updates follow internal standards (CLIENT and GBS) and external regulations. Master Data is a fundamental information source for CLIENT’s business processes and systems. The Data Management Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting client stakeholders, driving data quality initiatives, and ensuring an error-free, reliable SAP environment for CLIENT entities. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration, support for system projects, process improvement through automation, and acting as a backup for the Team Leader when needed.
What are we looking for? EXPERIENCE 1–5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analysis, or related fields Demonstrated experience in working with automation and reporting tools Involvement in audit-compliant data processes and SOX controls Participation in system implementation or transformation projects SKILLS (Technical / Functional / Leadership) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) Strong working knowledge of SAP and Master Data structure Familiarity with Master Data global procedures High analytical ability and strong attention to detail Effective time management and prioritization skills Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical audiences Positive attitude and adaptability to change Interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills Understanding of internal controls and audit compliance
Roles and Responsibilities: •Creation and maintenance of multiple Data Objects in line with all SOX Controls; Data Objects in scope: Finance Master Data – Profit Centre, Cost Centre, GL, Fixed Assets, WBS, Exchange Rates Ensure service levels and targets are consistent with quality and timeliness, and that service is delivered in accordance with agreed TAT; Ensuring timeless, accuracy and completeness of all Master Data, identifying and resolving data quality issues; Generate and share comprehensive and detailed knowledge about department performance and deliver training to new joiners Maintaining robust data management policies, procedures and processes, and a robust control environment; Ensure that Data Management processes are in accordance with the internal and external audit requirements; Ensure a controlled environment in which all reports are accurately and timely rolled out, in line with all global standards; Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements; Assist with Monthly / Bi-Annually Cleanse exercises for data objects in scope; Ensuring accurate and timely update of SOPs delegated by Data Management and the knowledge transfer within the Data Management team; Delivery of the Data Management work projects at highest performance standards requested by client and in compliance with the group initiatives, as per the requests of superiors. Acting as back up for Team Leader when needed; Maintaining, using and improving already existing automation tools and workflows and creating new ones; Providing advice and support to other team members;
