What would you do? Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensure compliance and drive continuous process improvements. Bank Complaints team is responsible for processing Customer Complaints related to all processes, services, regulatory violations, and overall customer experience. Service Provider to review the complaints, re-summarize, perform call review, document the research and events, provide resolution via email (pre-defined or customized templates) and do case closure as per the agreed procedure. ? Domain Expertise in various specializations (loans, credit cards, deposits, investments) and operational workflows.

Responsibilities/Authorities • Skilled in investigating escalated complaints, identifying root causes, and mitigate risks and recommending corrective actions. • Proactive Issue Resolution • Ability to understand Complex Documentation and legal language • Advanced Proficiency required in English Language to create documentation. • Perform assignments/deals/tasks • Attention to details to analyze Gaps in control • Should be a self-starter, motivated and highly energized individual to compete with the complexity of the process • Ability to interact with internal stakeholders to explain the process and present the process • Provide support and guidance teams, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
