What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. An end-to-end talent acquisition application built to help find, share, engage, and select the best internal and external candidates for an organization.

Education qualification: Graduation •Specific Experience 1-3 yrs in a recruitment admin SME Excellent communication skills, Uses professional, error-free grammar and formatting in emails •Speaks with clarity, warmth, and confidence during virtual interactions. •Customer Service Skills: High •Proficient in MS Office •Application Knowledge: ATS/ Job boards/ HCM •Skills required: US/Canada recruitment Experience is a Must have
Roles and Responsibilities: •US Recruitment Admin to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders Must have professional experience working with large multinational companies or have experience with international operations and are responsible for the performance of duties -Support recruiters in scheduling interviews across multiple time zones. -Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information. -Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and onboarding documentation. -Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and next steps. -Prepare and send offer letters and other employment-related documents. -Ensure compliance with US labor laws and internal hiring policies. -Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as needed. -Assist in job postings on various job boards and social media platforms. -Liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and process updates.
