What would you do? Execute end-to-end Supply Planning and Network Operations for the assigned Area/Category, ensuring service delivery adhering performance metrics. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply planning processes and guide team with standard practices. Lead a team of professionals to ensure robust supply execution, effective inventory control, reliable supplier coordination, and high-quality master data governance. Drive adoption of digital tools and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and planning excellence across the supply network. Responsible for delivering various Supply Chain initiatives majorly focused on Planning, exception management & inventory management. Assess, Design, Build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Supply Planning capabilities including Inventory Planning/Optimization, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Supplier Collaboration and Supply Planning within Integrated Planning.
What are we looking for? APS tools (Kinaxis/o9/OMP/ IBP/APO, etc.), SAP ECC, Power BI and Advance Excel FMCG, Regulatory, Electronics, Manufacturing, or similar large-scale supply chain environments
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of planning professionals, driving excellence in supply execution, inventory performance, cross-functional collaboration, and master data accuracy. • Build organizational capability by fostering a continuous learning culture based on the “Learn – Do – Teach” philosophy. • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Master Production & Capacity Planning, Distribution & Inventory Planning, Sourcing & Materials Planning, and Master Data Management, ensuring best-in-class planning standards across the network. • Ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution for the assigned Area/Category, delivering consistent service performance against established metrics. • Proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve supply risks, constraints, and exceptions to maintain uninterrupted product availability and service levels. • Govern critical planning parameters, master data integrity, and system controls to ensure robust planning processes and high-quality decision inputs. • Partner closely with demand and supply stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth execution across the full planning cycle. • Champion digital transformation by adopting advanced planning systems, analytics tools, and automation technologies to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and network visibility. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen process reliability, reduce operational complexity, and enhance service delivery and agility. • Monitor and periodic review of documentation accuracy and version control, adherence to standard operating procedures, and compliance with planning and master data governance requirements • Provide clear, data-driven insights, performance reports, and risk assessments to leadership, stakeholders, and team members to support informed and timely decision-making. • Maintain business continuity through a structured support model and well-defined backup framework. • Conduct periodic performance assessments to support individual development, capability building, and team effectiveness.
