You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, turning consumer data into actionable insights to ensure consumer-centric strategy and plan development that strengthen CRM strategies, campaign performance, and overall marketing outcomes. You will contribute to building reports and dashboards that provide visibility into consumer behavior and campaign performance while supporting initiatives that unify consumer data across markets. By continuously improving data processes and embedding governance standards into daily operations, you will help deliver timely, relevant, and impactful insights that drive marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.
What are we looking for? • 3 -5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting or marketing insights • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights • Advanced Excel skills, including data modelling and forecasting • Knowledge of key data sources and reporting frameworks • Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English) • Ability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders confidently • High attention to detail with a focus on accurate and timely reporting • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and research platforms • Understanding of IBPM processes • Strong team player with collaboration and problem-solving skills • Exposure to advanced analytics tools and emerging data technologies
Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide data-driven insights on market sales performance, commercial metrics, consumer behavior, perceptions, and needs to drive volume and value growth • Monitor and track market performance to identify opportunities and risks, supporting management decision-making • Deliver forward-looking consumer, customer, and competitor insights • Develop and maintain comprehensive competitive landscape analyses • Support the Information Manager in embedding a consumer-centric perspective into marketing activities • Assist with information and performance tracking for end markets • Contribute to long-term assessments of end-market opportunities and threats, supporting regional strategy development • Ensure accurate, timely reporting in line with company guidelines and standards • Integrate relevant commercial and consumer insights into the management information system • Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with the planning team and cross functional networking to develop effective and integrated insights • Identify and propose process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and insight quality
