You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, as a Senior Analytics Leader, you will lead end to end analytics delivery across data management, BI, advanced analytics, and data science model development. You will be responsible for defining KPI frameworks, driving automation and analytics transformation, and translating complex data into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders. You will operate in a multi location, global delivery model, owning stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and team leadership while ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and business relevance.
What are we looking for? • Senior analytics leader with 12+ years of experience managing end to end analytics, data science, BI, and insight delivery • Including proficiency in Python (Advanced) • SQL (Advanced) • SAS (Intermediate) • GCP (Google Cloud Platform), BigQuery, Snowflake • Data Science Model Development & Advanced Analytics • Automation & Analytics Transformation • KPI Frameworks & Metrics Design • Advanced Excel • BI Dashboards: Power BI, Tableau • Alteryx • Proven experience managing end to end analytics delivery across data management, BI, and advanced analytics • Strong experience working in multi location / global delivery models • Strong experience working in multi location / global delivery models • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to influence without authority • Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business decisions • High standards of quality, governance, and delivery discipline • Proven capability to manage senior stakeholders and complex programs • Storytelling & executive communication • Insight generation & business translation • FMCG / CPG industry exposure • SPSS • ETL pipelines & data integration • End to end analytics delivery leadership • Data management & BI architecture • Customer & Business Insights • Program / Project Management, Agile delivery • Multi location & senior stakeholder management • MLOps exposure
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead end to end analytics delivery, covering data management, BI, advanced analytics, and data science model development • Own and define KPI frameworks, metrics design, and performance measurement models aligned to business objectives • Drive automation & analytics transformation initiatives, improving efficiency, scalability, and insight turnaround time • Lead development and deployment of advanced analytics and data science models, ensuring measurable business impact • Design and oversee BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel • Partner with data engineering teams on ETL pipelines, cloud data platforms, and BI architecture • Translate analytical outputs into clear business insights and executive ready storytelling • Provide program / project management oversight, ensuring agile delivery, prioritization, and risk management • Engage with senior stakeholders across geographies, acting as a trusted analytics advisor • Lead, mentor, and develop high performing analytics teams across multiple locations
