What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for? Demonstrated experience in telecom, e-commerce, or high-volume digital platforms within the MENA region • Proven delivery under agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with squad/POD embedding • Strong governance mindset with ability to manage deadlines, SLAs, and quality metrics • Adobe stack proficiency: AEM, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target • Familiarity with Generative AI workflows for content acceleration, design ideation, and QA Flexible onshore/offshore mix with rationale for local roles (bilingual writers, QA leads, PMO, etc.) • Ability to ramp up/down based on seasonality and critical releases • Access to a wider bench of experts (e.g., motion design, personalization strategy, Arabic content specialists)
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach • Some latitude in decision-making in involved • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility • The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
