What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. A software system that provides website authoring, collaboration, and administration tools designed to allow users with little knowledge of web programming languages or markup languages to create and manage website content with relative ease.
What are we looking for? • Strong experience in process governance, standardization, and operational excellence across global or multi-market environments. • Extensive experience in eCommerce operations, including managing complex digital ecosystems. • Proven track record of running a business function or leading teams that support multiple platforms and multilingual markets, including but not limited to marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa), and D2C platforms. • Hands-on experience working across the APAC market, with a strong understanding of regional operational nuances and market dynamics. • Proven ability to drive consistency across markets and manage end-to-end archetype workstreams. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the capability to influence and collaborate with senior client and internal teams. • Hands-on experience in process mapping, template governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ability to drive adoption of new tools, platforms, and ways of working across markets. • Exposure to automation, transformation programs, and defining business requirements/use cases. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Demonstrated experience in managing vendors, post-go-live operations, and change adoption. • Strong leadership capability with experience in managing large, cross-functional, and distributed teams. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational topics into clear business insights. •Automation & Transformation Support • Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Technology Transformation teams to define requirements and use cases for automation opportunities. • Proactively identify process improvement and digitization initiatives. Vendor & Initiative Management • Manage initiatives and vendors post go-live, including Run and Adoption phases. • Monitor performance, ensure adherence to SLAs, and drive continuous optimization.

Adoption & Capability Enablement • Support adoption and implementation of new learnings from client and markets (e.g., dossiers, digital notes, platform enhancements, and experience evolution). • Ensure consistent rollout and alignment of new practices across markets.
