What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our servicesSupply Chain involves managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role includes planning and coordinating production, transportation, and inventory management. It also involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. The goal is to optimize the entire supply chain process to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency.Engineering discipline that aims at applying mechanical knowledge (structural and moveable parts) to define mechanical products encompassing design, structural strength, manufacturing, assembly, tolerancing.
What are we looking for? • Written and verbal communication • Good analytical skills • Problem-solving skills • Results orientation• Create Parts/Documents, Bill of materials (BOM), ECOs, ECRs, Deviations, MCOs, EOL in PLM System • Ensure all change orders are documented correctly before processing for CCB approval • Responsible to update DTP based on the process change and updates received from client• Support management of Agile user accounts privileges and role• In this role you would be an individual contributor• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines• Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor• You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments• The decisions that you make would impact your own work• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts•• Creation of part based on its classification, project, manufacturing and supplier • Preparing Engineering Change Orders (ECO / MCO / Deviation) based on input from the Product engineers & design engineers and working with CCB members to implement • Bill of material (BOM) management ensuring accurate, complete, and consistent data processing into the systems. Ensure the replacement part configuration. • Validation of 2D drawings, documents as per the part and change order requirements • Ensure all requests are processed accurately and within the target dates (SLAs) and KPI’s. • Resolve BOM queries, discrepancies and ensure right supplier data (AML changes). • Interacting with Client through Calls, Chats and Handling Requestor’s Queries and E-mails. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.• Supplier Collaboration – Partner domain account & Agile access creation for External users • You will be working on monitoring project status, reporting metrics.
