What would you do? The Junior Data Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining and securing the accuracy of Master Data in the SAP database, ensuring system integrity and compliance with internal and external procedures. Master Data is a critical information source for SAP systems, supporting most business processes across CLIENT. The role ensures that data is accurate, timely updated, duplicate-free, and managed in a controlled and compliant manner This position also supports users across GBS with Master Data-related issues in systems such as SAP, Blackline, and CRA. The goal is to maintain an error-free, well-governed Master Data environment that ensures smooth operational performance for CLIENT companies.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder in a relevant field • Basic understanding of SAP systems and database logic • Exposure to shared services or multinational working environments is a plus • Experience in Master Data creation and maintenance is a plus EDUCATION University Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, IT, or related field preferred) Additional certifications or SAP training is a plus • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) • Good English communication and comprehension skills • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail • Time management and task prioritization • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • Creation and maintenance of Data objects in accordance with standard procedures of GBS • Ensure service levels and targets are consistent with quality and timeliness, and that service is delivered in accordance with agreed TAT • Ensuring timeless, accuracy and completeness of all Master Data, identifying and resolving data quality issues • Ensure that Data Management processes are in accordance with the internal and external audit requirements • Maintaining robust data management policies, procedures and processes, and a robust control environment • Ensure a controlled environment in which all reports are accurately and timely rolled out, in line with all global standards • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements • Raise issues to technical team, provide required information, and make active follow-up on open incidents • Ensure ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are processed in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Assist with Monthly / Bi-Annually Cleanse exercises for data objects in scope • Deliver trainings to new joiners • Ensuring accurate and timely update of TLDs delegated by Data Management (Task Level Descriptions) and the knowledge transfer within the DM team
