These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.We are seeking an experienced to join our FP&A team, combining traditional financial planning expertise with advanced data engineering and business intelligence capabilities. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between finance and technology, delivering actionable insights through sophisticated data modeling and visualization.
What are we looking for? • Expert-level Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, administration)• Advanced SQL and database management• Microsoft Copilot for Power BI implementation and optimization• Data visualization and storytelling• Financial modeling and analysis• ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development• Excel advanced functions and financial modeling• Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate)• Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling• Demonstrated experience with data engineering tools and techniques (SQL, Python/R, ETL processes)• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot for Power BI and AI-driven analytics• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and business metrics• Experience with cloud platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS) and modern data stack technologies• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts to diverse audiences• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar data platform technologies
Roles and Responsibilities: • Create sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into financial performance• Develop interactive visualizations for executive dashboards, operational metrics, and KPI tracking• Implement row-level security and advanced DAX calculations for complex financial metrics• Design self-service analytics solutions that empower business users to explore data independently• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI environments including dataset optimization and performance tuning• Design and implement scalable data pipelines to integrate financial data from multiple ERP/EPM systems, databases, and external sources• Build and maintain data warehouses and marts optimized for financial reporting and analysis• Develop automated ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness• Collaborate with IT teams to establish data governance frameworks and security protocols• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data quality issues• Leverage Microsoft Copilot to accelerate report development and enhance data storytelling capabilities• Implement natural language query features to make financial data more accessible to non-technical stakeholders• Utilize Copilot s AI capabilities for automated insights generation and anomaly detection in financial data• Train business users on Copilot functionality to promote self-service analytics adoption• Stay current with Copilot feature releases and integrate new capabilities into existing workflows• Design dimensional data models and star schemas optimized for financial reporting requirements• Create calculated fields, measures, and KPIs that align with business objectives and accounting standards• Implement data validation rules and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy• Develop predictive models for revenue forecasting, expense planning, and risk assessment
