What would you do? The Media / Graphics Analyst provides graphics production or audio and video elements for training assets or other Accenture projects. The Media / Graphics Analyst designs and creates original material using basic elements of graphic design and media development typically creating less complex assets. The job requires a moderate level of supervision. Media / Graphics Analysts may specialize in graphics or media and are not necessarily skilled in both areas.
What are we looking for? •Qualifications: Education: • Bachelors degree preferred in Communications, Radio and Television, Video/Film Production, Multimedia Design and Production, Art, Fine Arts, Electronic Arts related field or equivalent experience. Work Experience: • Knowledge of audio/video production tools and techniques or Prior design experience including Photoshop/illustrator • Some academic or industry experience in area(s) of Web Graphic Design, Print & Animation Graphic Design. Work Requirements: • None Knowledge/Skills Requirements: Media • Basic understanding of audio and video production processes. • Working knowledge of media development hardware (e.g. camera operation, lighting, set design) • Knowledge of software production tools (i.e., (i.e., Adobe Premiere; Adobe After Effects, Soundforge) • Basic understanding of media design Graphics • Basic knowledge of graphic production on the Windows operating system. • Fundamental visual design skills (color, composition, typography, etc.) for on-line (internet) delivery and print. • Basic knowledge of industry standard graphics software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) • Familiarity with peripheral hardware (ex: scanner, color printer, removable storage, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities: Media • Perform basic audio and / or video production for Learning Operations assets &/or highly visible projects for Accenture and its clients • Produce and direct simple audio and video components • Capture, edit, and compress simple digital audio and video. • Operate production and post-production equipment, hardware, and software • Maintain media equipment • Setup and tear down video and audio equipment for shoots • Perform Quality Assurance on media deliverables based on Learning Operations media and graphics standards and provide feedback to team/media developers • Participates in usability testing and product correction • Participates in efforts to correct, enhance, tailor and upgrade existing training assets • Participate in continuous media improvement initiatives • Complete repetitive media tasks (i.e., editing video, digitizing audio and video clips, reviewing scripts, burning CDs). • Assists in issue resolution by utilizing all support resources available • Provides regular status to Media Lead and escalates issues as necessary Graphics • Produce graphics and/or animations for, but not limited to, graphical user interfaces, information visualization, and learning activities, based on art direction by Media / Graphics Lead or Senior Lead. • Oversee own aspects of the production process and ensure designs are brand compliant. • Communicate the status of projects to project team including total time estimate, time of completion, and outstanding issues. • Work toward developing/deepening visual design and interactive authoring skills. • Keep current on new graphic techniques and technologies. • Participate in continuous graphic improvement initiatives. • Participates in usability testing and product correction • Participates in efforts to correct, enhance, tailor and upgrade existing training assets • Complete repetitive graphics tasks (i.e., identify graphics; prepare custom graphics; resize graphics; build simple Flash animations using provided screen shots and step procedures) • Assists in issue resolution by utilizing all support resources available
