In this role, you will be expected to develop a transformation vision exhibiting thought leadership in at least one of the finance towers i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, and plan journey management in coordination with technology teams. You will also translate macro-economic trends into competitive industry advantage and use the insights/industry benchmarks to map clients current state to create customized, sustainable, profitable Transformation Roadmap for clients. Specifically, you will leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and traditional Six Sigma process improvement methodologies to drive finance transformation in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
What are we looking for? • Six Sigma, Lean Certified • PTP/OTC/R2R/FP&A Subject Matter Expert • Experience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics ERP is a plus • Experience with tools like Blackline, Cadency, CFIN, High Radius, Trade shift, etc. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in short-term projects as well as independently as self-motivated and self-starter professional • Working experience and functional knowledge (not just theoretical) of latest finance technology trends including Agentic AI and Generative AI • Possesses proficiency of Thought Leadership level in any one of the Finance Towers i.e. RTR, PTP, OTC, and FP&A • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to perform under pressure • Problem-solving skills • Detail orientation • Ability to establish strong client relationships • Should have completed a full-fledged project and be able to explain it clearly from the problem statement to the final outcome • Ability to perform peer/competition analysis by benchmarking the critical business outcomes leveraging the various resources available internally and externally
Roles and Responsibilities: • Act as a catalyst and lead the cross functional teams for short term opportunity assessment sprints, due diligence, participate in solution design workshops with clients • Analyze and resolve complex business and financial challenges, bring industry specific insights pertaining to PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A • Design and implement new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods, frameworks, and procedures • Understand and execute on the strategic direction set by senior management • Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with organizational goals and client expectations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership from both Accenture and client organizations. • Communicate effectively to influence decision-making and drive consensus • Operate with minimal guidance when determining methods, procedures, and next steps for new assignments. • Make decisions that impact your team and occasionally influence other teams or projects • Manage, coach, and guide medium-to-small sized teams within Accenture or at client sites • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
