We are seeking a Land Agent with strong field experience and stakeholder engagement skills to support land access, and landowner relations activities across Quebec and Eastern Ontario. The successful candidate will work directly with private landowners, project stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate the securing of temporary access, manage communications, and enable effective delivery of negotiation and stakeholder coordination services through proactive and respectful property owner engagement.
This role requires a professional who is comfortable working in-person, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and providing clear, structured reporting to clients and management.

The Land Agent will play a critical role in ensuring stakeholder trust, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery, while gaining valuable experience working within a multidisciplinary team and exposure to land acquisition, expropriation, and valuation processes.

THE WORK

  • (Internal Title: Property Services II)
    • Conduct in-person meetings with private landowners to support land access, project coordination, and relationship management
    • Act as a primary liaison between landowners, clients, and internal project teams to secure land access agreements
    • Clearly explain project scope, timelines, methodologies, safety precautions, and onsite requirements to stakeholders
    • Coordinate and optimize site visits to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
    • Maintain weekly status reports for partners and management
    • Identify, document, and escalate issues or risks impacting land access or stakeholder alignment
    • Support stakeholder negotiations and relationship management activities
    • Work effectively in decentralized, field-based project environments

    • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required

  • Required Qualifications & Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in land consulting, land access, stakeholder engagement, or client facing project roles. Candidates with 3-5 years' experience will be considered based on project requirements
    • Demonstrated experience conducting high-volume, in person landowner meetings
    • Client-centric approach with a proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally to landowners and project stakeholders
    • Experience working in field based or decentralized project environments
    • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
    • Comfortable preparing structured reports for senior management and clients
    • Experience working with diverse landowner profiles
    • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with project teams
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand-new position.
The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases; actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
