About the Role

Accenture is seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer with expertise in Test Execution and Management and Robot Framework to support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of testing activities across software development initiatives, ensuring applications meet business and technical requirements.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing solutions while driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies to support project delivery objectives.

  • Translate business, functional, system, and technical requirements into detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test specifications.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework.

  • Create and execute test plans covering functional, integration, regression, accessibility, and end-to-end testing requirements.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report test execution results, ensuring defects are identified, documented, and tracked to resolution.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure application quality and readiness for deployment.

  • Support defect triage activities and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Drive testing best practices and contribute to the enhancement of testing processes, tools, and quality standard

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test automation.

  • Expert proficiency in Test Execution and Management.

  • Expert proficiency in Robot Framework.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).

  • Experience creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

  • Expert proficiency in API Testing.

  • Expert proficiency in System Defect Management.

  • Expert proficiency in System Integration Testing (SIT).

  • Advanced proficiency in test strategy development.

  • Intermediate proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and best practices.

  • Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.

  • Exposure to performance, accessibility, or security testing is advantageous
