Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 0012306387 - Northstar. The client is DHL GROUP, a company that provides international shipping and logistics services, facilitating the movement of goods across the globe. Responsibilities: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Selenium Automation is required. Master proficiency in Test Management, Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning, Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and expert proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is recommended. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share insights and best practices. Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that align with project goals and enhance overall quality. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality processes throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize data-driven approaches to assess testing effectiveness and drive informed decision-making.
