• 有明确的销售导向（Sales-driven）或绩效导向意识，对“目标达成（KPIs）”、“赢单率（Win rate）”和“销售提成/激励”有强烈的渴望。
• 对工作流程、工具和销售有深入了解
• 在不断变化的日程安排中接受工作
• 出色的商务沟通和谈判技巧，能够与 SMB（中小企业）主或市场负责人进行平等、专业的策略对话。
• 英语读写熟练， 有CET - 4证书
