WHAT YOU’LL DO
As part of our team, you’ll be gradually building your expertise in Procure to Pay processes while working on real tasks from day one. You will:
Responding to supplier queries and providing timely support
Confirming payments and coordinating manual payments when needed
Preparing and analyzing Accounts Payable reports (e.g. month-end closing, supplier reconciliations)
Monitoring overdue invoices and helping to resolve outstanding issues
Staying in regular contact with the client and building strong relationships
Participating in business meetings and collaborating with internal teams
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Educational background and/or strong interest in finance
Italian and English at C1 level
Intermediate Excel skills
Basic understanding of finance/accounting processes
Strong self-organization and planning skills
High attention to detail and analytical mindset – the role requires a high level of accuracy
Openness to participating in business meetings with clients and presenting data
Assertiveness and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE
First experience in Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay
Knowledge of financial reporting
Understanding of vendor management
