The Work: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor. You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments. The decisions that you make would impact your own work. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What will you do:

Conduct thorough reviews of identity verification documentation submitted by customers to prevent financial frauds

Identify and assess potential risks related to identity verification processes, including fraudulent activities or non-compliance with regulations.

Analyze and validate identity-related documents such as passports, IDs, and other forms of identification for authenticity and accuracy.

Assist in internal and external audits related to identity verification and compliance processes.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Written and spoken fluency in English (min. B2) and Russian language (min. B2).
Degree qualified in Business/Finance related area would be a good asset
Ability to understand, implement, and ensure adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and procedures within the financial industry.
Basic computer literacy is a must.
Attention to detail.
Analytical mindset is a plus.
Ability to work in standard office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) in a hybrid mode from the office in Kraków.
