Client Account Lead
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with client teams to understand business priorities and contribute to shaping transformation, innovation, and operational initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Accenture teams across geographies and time zones to deliver aligned outcomes
• Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities, supporting deal shaping, and assisting in the development of client proposals
• Support management of account financials, including pipeline tracking and key commercial metrics
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s industry and operating environment, particularly within the software and platforms ecosystem
• Operate in an agile, individual‑contributor capacity when required, with flexibility to travel within the region as business needs arise
Required Qualifications
• Experience within the Software & Platforms industry, including exposure to large platform‑based organizations
• Proven experience engaging with senior client stakeholders at Director or Vice President level, with some exposure to C‑suite interactions
• Track record of supporting transformation or operational programs in complex enterprise environments
• Experience contributing to commercial discussions, account growth initiatives, or deal support activities
• Ability to work effectively across Southeast Asia markets and multicultural environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working within regional or global account structures
• Exposure to agile delivery models and cross‑functional team environments
