The Paid Social Strategist assists in developing paid social media strategies and media plans based on client KPIs. This role manages the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns, from planning to execution, optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting, while providing strategic guidance and mentoring team members. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Assist business growth initiatives by providing strategic and tactical paid social counsel aligned to business challenges. 

- Develop paid social campaign strategies using best practices and innovative approaches. 

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns against KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. 

- Make data‑driven decisions on targeting, bidding, budgets, and creative optimization. 

- Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, analytics, sales, and planning teams. 

- Guide creative messaging to ensure platform and objective alignment. 

- Act as a stakeholder and client contact for performance updates and recommendations. 

- Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and allocations. 

- Deliver in‑depth reports identifying trends, insights, and opportunities. 

- Mentor Analysts and Specialists. 

- Own pixel implementation, troubleshooting, and validation. 

- Develop media plans including budgets, audiences, benchmarks, and forecasts. 

- Produce weekly performance reports and comparative analyses. 

- Apply full‑funnel paid social expertise.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 4 years of paid social experience.

- Advanced experience across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X.

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

- English C1 or above.

- Knowledge of GA, Adobe Analytics, JIRA, SharePoint (plus).
