Good to have skills: Leadership, Knowledge of Instructional Design & Learning Pedagogy Experience: 15+ years of experience is required Experience in EdTech Operations is a must Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred) Job Overview We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Manager - Program Management to lead our program management and delivery efforts for eDegrees programs. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning and management of learning experiences for participants across various programs, ensuring high completion rates and exceptional stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct program management and delivery efforts to ensure successful outcomes Oversee the programs lifecycle, including program planning, budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance Track and analyze program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the learning experience for program participants Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including academic institutions, corporate partners, and learners, aligning them with program objectives Ensure high program completion rates and participant satisfaction Drive high stakeholder delight, measured through Net Promoter Scores (NPS) Manage program budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Graduate with 15+ years of relevant sales experience (MBA preferred) Prior experience in the EdTech industry is required. Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
