About the role
We are seeking a new talent to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a large-scale transformation program within a leading organisation in the travel industry.
As a Test Stream Manager, you will play a key delivery role supporting the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of testing across a major program.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Test Lead or emerging Test Manager to step into a broader leadership role, working across complex systems and integrated environments.
Key responsibilities
Support and drive the test planning, coordination, and execution for a defined testing stream
Work closely with senior test leadership to deliver end-to-end testing outcomes
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across locations
Manage defects, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
Contribute to test strategy and ensure alignment with program objectives
Support release readiness activities and quality checkpoints
Facilitate defect triage and testing governance forums
Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure requirements are validated
Track progress and provide clear updates on testing status, risks, and outcomes
About you
You are a strong Test Lead or Stream Lead looking to take the next step into a broader Test Management role within a large-scale transformation.
Essential experience
8+ years’ experience in testing and quality assurance
Proven experience in end-to-end testing delivery (SIT, UAT, integration)
Experience leading testing teams or streams within projects/programs
Strong experience in defect management, coordination, and execution oversight
Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Industry experience (nice to have)
Exposure to travel industry or services (e.g. booking systems, customer platforms)
Technical capability
Familiarity with:
Test management tools (e.g. Jira, ALM, Zephyr or similar)
Working in integrated, multi-system environments
Agile or hybrid delivery models
