THE WORK
Support the Calypso IT team in development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Calypso platform using Agile methodology and continuous improvement practices.
Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand requirements and challenges.
Analyze business and user requirements, prepare functional specifications, and assist during development and configuration.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, including issue investigation and resolution.
Identify dependencies and coordinate with other teams and third-party vendors when needed.
Create and execute test plans, update system documentation, and report progress within the team.
Collaborate with IT teams, users, project sponsors, business analysts, and project managers.
Flexible: Work location may include remote work, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on project needs. All roles include some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and relationship building.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products.
Business analysis skills and ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude, curiosity, and ability to work in a team.
Strong written and spoken English (international environment).
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Experience with Calypso or other capital markets platforms (e.g., Murex, Kondor+).
Intermediate SQL knowledge.
Ability to create functional specifications and maintain documentation.
