Oversee the allocation and management of team resources to ensure timely deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various teams.
Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Support the recruitment and staffing processes to build a strong and capable workforce.
Monitor and optimize the balance between cost and delivery targets.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Master proficiency in Account Delivery Management.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
