What you will do

As a Security Consulting Manager, you will lead delivery of security governance, risk, and regulatory compliance engagements for Accenture clients, with a strong focus on European cybersecurity and operational resilience regulations, including NIS2, DORA, and ISO/IEC 27001.

You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of defined engagements or workstreams, acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while managing teams, ensuring quality of deliverables, and contributing to growth of the Security Consulting practice.

Client Delivery & Advisory

  • Lead and manage security consulting engagements focused on:

    • NIS2 readiness and compliance programs

    • DORA implementation and operational resilience

    • ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS design, implementation, and audit support

  • Own security assessments, gap analyses, and maturity reviews, ensuring high‑quality, regulator‑ready outputs

  • Translate regulatory and security requirements into pragmatic, business‑aligned recommendations

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders across Security, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business

  • Ensure delivery aligns with Accenture methodologies, quality standards, and timelines

Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Lead project teams, typically consisting of analysts and senior analysts, providing direction, coaching, and feedback

  • Review and assure quality of:

    • Policies and standards

    • Control frameworks and mappings

    • Risk registers and remediation roadmaps

    • Executive‑level presentations and reports

  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

  • Support onboarding and development of junior team members, fostering consulting and domain skills

Practice & Business Development

  • Drive proposal & business development, including shaping solution approaches, effort estimates, and delivery models, meeting new clients

  • Be responsible for financial of projects, from beginning, i.e. creating of pricing, all the way to delivery at budget and on time

  • Support client discussions, workshops, and sales pursuits related to security governance and regulatory compliance

  • Contribute to asset development, reusable accelerators, and internal knowledge related to NIS2, DORA, and ISO 27001

  • Actively participate in the Accenture Security professional community, sharing lessons learned and best practices

Who we are looking for

We are looking for consultant-level professionals who combine cybersecurity knowledge with strong consulting skills and are motivated to help organizations transform securely in a GenAI-enabled world.

Required qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in security consulting, risk management, or regulatory compliance

  • Proven experience in selling cybersecurity services

  • Knowledge of business operations, financial management and P&L management

  • Hands on delivery experience with at least one of:

    • NIS2

    • DORA

    • ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS)

  • Proven ability to lead project workstreams or small engagements

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to structure complex topics into clear, actionable outputs

Fluency in English; Czech or Slovak at professional level

  • University degree (technical field is an advantage)

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience in one or more domains: Cyber Security, IAM, Risk & Compliance, Data Protection, Security Strategy

  • Familiarity with additional frameworks (e.g. NIST, EBA, COBIT)

  • Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent
