SAP SD (Pricing & Promotions) Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes and systems to design and implement effective business solutions. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will act as a subject matter expert, lead teams effectively, and collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail is essential, with recommended expertise in Business Process Design and Data Analysis. Candidates should have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze organizational processes and systems to design and implement effective business solutions.
  • Assess the business model and its integration with technology, identifying customer requirements and defining future state solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to problems across various teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes and system specifications.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and effective decision-making.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the organization.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business process design and SAP for Retail.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in pricing, promotions, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and data analysis techniques.
  • Proven experience in analyzing business models and integrating them with technology solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop detailed documentation outlining business processes and system specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Certifications in SAP or related areas.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in business processes.
