Assist in ensuring production systems are available and operating effectively. Support the resolution of incidents and outages in a timely manner. Help facilitate the restoration of services to the production environment. Contribute to the establishment of disaster recovery procedures. Maintain data retention practices to ensure compliance and efficiency. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Customer Service. Beginner proficiency in Technical Support. Advanced proficiency in Problem Solving. Intermediate proficiency in Communication Skills. Beginner proficiency in Data Analysis.
