Job duties of this Role:

  • Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure on-time delivery, within defined scope and budget.

  • Coordinate and align internal teams (both onshore and offshore), stakeholders, and vendors for seamless project execution.

  • Identify, track, and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams in system implementation projects.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and performance.

  • Proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex project risks and issues in a timely manner.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in system implementation projects, preferably within IT consulting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex system implementation projects involving several thousand man-days.

  • Experience managing ERP/ Finance System projects is a plus.

  • Strong background in project management, solution planning, and project delivery.

  • Proficient in both traditional Waterfall and modern Agile/iterative methodologies.

  • Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PSM, or CSM are preferred.
