eCommerce Project Manager

The eCommerce Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of content activation projects across owned eCommerce websites and marketplaces in Taiwan. This role ensures seamless delivery of localized content by managing timelines, workflows, stakeholder coordination, approvals, and quality control—including local-language proofreading. The role acts as a bridge between business objectives, operational teams, and timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle of eCommerce content and marketplace assets, including:
- Owned website updates such as banners, PDP content, landing pages, promotional content, etc.
- Marketplace content updates for platforms like HKTVmall, ZALORA, Shopee, Tmall Global, PChome, MOMO, Yahoo Shopping Taiwan, including product content, banners, and promotions.
- Manage and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams for website and marketplace updates, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and dependencies.
- Act as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders (CMS, PIM/DAM, QA, content adaptation, marketing, tech) and external partners (client agencies, translators, localization vendors, etc.).
- Facilitate brief intake, scoping, effort estimation, timeline creation, stakeholder reviews, and final approvals, ensuring smooth sign-off processes with knowledge of local language
- Proofread and validate content in local languages, partnering with regional teams or external vendors to confirm linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to brand tone.
- Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools such as Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, or Trello.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, marketplace specifications, CMS requirements, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, driving resolution through prioritization, escalation, or resource reallocation.
- Oversee asset versioning, file sharing, open-file handoffs, and final delivery protocols across websites and marketplaces.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports to provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
- Participate in status calls and stakeholder touchpoints, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English
- Over 5 years of experience in content management delivery for Taiwan/overseas e-commerce platforms.
- Owned website and marketplace content updates delivered on time, error-free, and market-ready
- Strong coordination across internal teams, regional stakeholders, and external vendors
- High-quality outputs with accurate local-language proofreading
- Smooth execution across multiple eCommerce workstreams
