Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Data & Cutover Lead for Malaysia deployment, managing the overall delivery of project to deploy global template.

  • Experience includes managing project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.

  • You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.

  • Foster a collaborative environment by actively engaging with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

  • Implement best practices in DTM & Cutover to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.

  • Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

  • Project is based in PJ/ KL area and team would be based onsite ~70% of the time.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 - 11 years of working experience with at least managing 3-4 SAP Data Migration and Cutover cycles (implementation or rollout).

  • Experience working on global template deployments is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and project governance.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred / Additional Skills

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA programs.

  • Familiarity with LTMC, Migration Cockpit, LVM, ETL tools, or similar migration frameworks.

  • Prior experience working onsite in client-facing roles.

  • Exposure to regional or multi-country deployments.
