Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of remote work, onsite work at a client location, or work from an Accenture office—depending on specific project needs. Across all roles, some in‑person time is expected for collaboration, learning and relationship‑building. Accenture aims to be as flexible as possible to support individual work‑life needs.

• Ability to document data models, calculations and assumptions for client use.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in projects using Marketing Cloud Engagement.

Research indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply if they do not meet all requirements. If you believe you possess the necessary skills, even if not meeting every expectation, we warmly encourage you to apply.

• Permanent employment contract.
• Flexible, hybrid work arrangement.
• Paid employee referral program.
• Private medical care and life insurance.
• Access to the WorkSmile platform, including the Multisport card.
• Individual support from a People Lead and a defined development path, including coaching sessions.
