About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering the External Talent strategy across APAC, partnering with regional and local stakeholders to drive sourcing, supplier, and workforce initiatives. You will play a key role in enabling business outcomes by optimizing external talent supply, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring compliant and effective delivery across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of the External Talent strategy across APAC markets, adapting to local business needs where required

  • Develop category strategies, governance frameworks, and performance tracking aligned with regional goals

  • Oversee implementation of global and regional external talent programs, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives

  • Drive complex sourcing and contracting initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

  • Build and maintain sourcing pipelines through data-driven analysis of spend, skills demand, and supplier capabilities

  • Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and support performance governance across markets

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to address workforce supply needs and support business opportunities

  • Lead, guide, and develop regional team members and market leads, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management within external talent or professional services

  • Proven experience managing complex projects and working within matrix organizations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making

  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior levels

  • Knowledge of procurement methodologies, contract negotiations, and supplier management practices

  • Experience working within compliance frameworks and regulatory environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading regional or multi-country programs

  • Familiarity with contingent workforce management practices

  • Experience coaching or mentoring team members

  • Exposure to procurement tools and data analytics platforms

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
