Accenture is hiring a passionate and skilled Network Security Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of network security services, ensuring the secure and reliable functioning of our network infrastructure and threat management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and support Network Security tools (such as: Firewalls, Mail gateway, Proxy, NAC solutions and other Network Security tools).
  • Firewall Policy Creation and Change Management: Leveraging AlgoSec for firewall policy reviews and validations.
  • Administer and Troubleshoot network security devices and platforms, ensuring secure configurations, availability, and performance are achieved across both on-premises environment.
  • Support troubleshooting of network and security issues, including traffic analysis and packet capture, to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
  • Support audit and reporting activities to provide transparency into network security operations.
  • Escalate complex issues or potential threats as necessary, ensuring that they are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of network security protocols and concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, malware analysis, and threat detection.
  • Hands-on experience with Firewalls, WAF, API Security, DDoS, IPS, Mail gateway, Proxy, NAC solutions.
  • Knowledge of on-premise, including secure configurations and operational management.
  • Practical experience in network troubleshooting, including traffic analysis and packet capture techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support audits and generate actionable reports.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Industry certifications like CCNA Security or CCNP Security or PNSCE or NSE4 or NSE7 are highly desirable.
