AI Engineer
You Are:
An AI and Large Language Model Engineer responsible for building, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI and Generative AI (including LLM) platforms and solutions.
Focused on translating business and technical requirements into scalable, production-ready implementations.
Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of AI systems, frameworks, and methodologies across NLP and machine learning use cases.
Developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models capable of natural language understanding and generation.
Working hands-on with model configuration, training data, and parameter tuning to improve performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Engineer and implement end-to-end Generative AI products, applications, and solutions aligned to business needs.
Develop, customize, fine-tune, and integrate GenAI and LLM models into applications and platforms.
Evaluate, test, and optimize GenAI system performance and recommend technical improvements.
Support effort and timeline estimation for end-to-end LLM solution delivery.
Contribute to cost analysis and usage optimization for LLM deployments across different patterns.
Select and apply appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies for Generative AI solutions.
Build and prototype reusable components and accelerators for LLM solution patterns.
Implement Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance controls within AI solutions.
Build and support LLMOps / MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver working AI capabilities.
Prepare, process, and manage large datasets for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Apply transformer and other deep learning architectures to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for implementations, models, and operational processes.
Travel may be required depending on business and client needs (0–100%).
What You Need:
Minimum 6 years of experience building and deploying AI / ML solutions using at least one major cloud platform.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLM and Generative AI technologies.
At least 1 year of experience implementing and operationalizing LLM-driven applications.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years), or an associate degree with at least 6 years of equivalent experience.
