SAP Environment Health & Safety Management Business Analyst- Associate Manager
As an SAP Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Management Business Analyst – Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a critical role in analyzing organizational processes and designing systems to align business needs with technology solutions. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solutions. As a subject matter expert, you will work independently, actively participate in team discussions, and provide innovative solutions to work-related challenges. Advanced proficiency in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management is essential, with recommended expertise in Business Process Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the organization’s business model and design processes and systems to align with technology solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Management and Business Process Analysis, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with technology solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions.
Develop detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements to support project implementation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Support change management initiatives by effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Research, gather, and synthesize information to inform business solutions and ensure alignment with best practices.
Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of [8 years] of experience in SAP EHS Management, business analysis, or process design.
Advanced proficiency in SAP Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Management.
Strong understanding of Business Process Analysis and its role in delivering business value.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing technology-enabled solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process and solution documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in SAP EHS Management, Business Process Analysis, or related areas.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.
Experience with data analysis techniques and tools to identify trends and insights.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in SAP EHS implementations.
