Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive

Come Manager IT con forte specializzazione Middleware & Integration, sarai un punto di riferimento architetturale e tecnico nella gestione e nell’evoluzione delle piattaforme di integrazione mission‑critical. In particolare, ti occuperai di:

  • Guidare la governance delle piattaforme middleware (API, ESB, event‑driven, message broker, application server), assicurandone affidabilità, scalabilità e aderenza agli standard architetturali.

  • Coordinare le decisioni architetturali tra team cross‑funzionali, fungendo da riferimento per integrazione, infrastruttura, sicurezza e sviluppo applicativo.

  • Supportare momenti critici del ciclo di vita delle soluzioni, come design review, go‑live complessi, incident ad alta severità e war‑room.

  • Guidare la roadmap di modernizzazione (Cloud, container, automazione, osservabilità), valutando impatti, rischi e sostenibilità tecnologica.

Le tue caratteristiche

Cerchiamo un professionista con almeno 7 anni di esperienza, con solida visione end‑to‑end dei sistemi enterprise e reale capacità di guidare contesti complessi.

Competenze tecniche richieste:

  • Middleware & Integration: API, API Gateway, ESB, JMS, MQ, Kafka/event streaming, protocolli sincroni e asincroni, pattern di integrazione (Pub/Sub, Request/Reply, Event Sourcing, Saga).

  • Application Server & Container runtimes: JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, ambienti containerizzati (Docker/Kubernetes).

  • Architettura IT: conoscenza trasversale di stack applicativi, infrastrutturali, networking, security by design, IAM, monitoring & logging.

  • Observability & Resilience: performance tuning, capacity planning, gestione incident, business continuity.

  • Governance: definizione e manutenzione di linee guida, standard architetturali, KPI tecnici e operative best practice.

Soft skill e leadership:

  • Guida tecnica di team specialistici (infrastruttura, integrazione, sviluppo, sicurezza).

  • Capacità di influenzare stakeholder tecnici e non tecnici.

  • Approccio analitico, sistemico e orientato alla riduzione del rischio.

  • Forte attenzione alla qualità e alla sostenibilità architetturale delle soluzioni.
