SAP Ariba Sourcing Manager

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills with hands-on SAP Ariba Sourcing experience.
• Proven expertise in managing RFP/RFQ events, supplier collaboration, and bid evaluation processes.
• Practical knowledge of Ariba Sourcing templates, event types, scoring models, and approval workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration, particularly with Finance and Materials Management modules.
• Experience in user training, role-based access setup, and sourcing data migration activities.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system or process issues effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology); advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SAP Ariba certifications) preferred.
