Cerchiamo una figura di Model-Based Systems Engineer che supporti la definizione, modellazione e validazione di sistemi complessi in ambito Aerospace & Defense.

Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Analizzare, allocare e mantenere la tracciabilità dei requisiti utilizzando tool di requirements management
Definire e applicare metodi e linee guida MBSE, allineati a framework di riferimento come MagicGrid
Sviluppare e mantenere modelli SysML di sistema, interfacce e use case con tool dedicati
Integrare use case di sistema e di dominio, supportando attività di concept development e assessment
Preparare e mantenere deliverable model‑based, supportando milestone review (SRR, PDR, CDR)
Garantire controllo di configurazione, qualità e rispetto dei KPI sui work package assegnati
La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui – ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è prevista l’applicazione del CCNL Metalmeccanico, con uno tra i seguenti livelli di inquadramento e corrispondente fascia di retribuzione annua lorda:
C3 € 24.436,30 e € 38.500,00
B1 € 30.814,29 e € 40.800,00

Le tue caratteristiche
Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria, Informatica o disciplina STEM affine
Esperienza pratica in MBSE e modellazione SysML
Padronanza di tool di modellazione e requirements management (es. Cameo, Rhapsody, DOORS NG)
Conoscenza di framework e standard MBSE e dei cicli di vita del Systems Engineering
Capacità di produrre documentazione tecnica chiara e mantenere disciplina di configurazione
Ottima conoscenza di italiano e inglese, scritti e parlati
Nice to have
Esperienza in contesti aerospace o defense e familiarità con EN 9100 / ISO 9001
Conoscenza di tecnologie web per estensioni dei tool di requirements e visualizzazione dei modelli
Esposizione a strumenti di Model‑Based Design (es. MATLAB/Simulink/System Composer)
