We are looking at significantly growing our ServiceNow Business Group in the Nordics in FY22. Join our team as a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer and help our clients to solve their most critical business challenges, improve performance and gain a competitive edge!


  • Set-up and operate ServiceNow installations for clients in the Nordics.

  • Develop long lasting client relationships throughout engagements

  • Effectively manage key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation.

  • Demonstrate solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions

Qualifications & Experience

Certified ServiceNow admin (for ITSM, ITOM and/or Event mgmt. admin role)

Proven track record from developing operating ServiceNow

Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices

Experience in working with public cloud applications

Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines

Experience in working with ServiceNow on prem solutions will be considered as a plus

Knowledge of setting up infrastructure, Linux, and Maria db, Ansible will be considered a plus

Experience with Infrastructure as code will be considered a plus

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Willing to take on new challenges and drive them to completion.

Work permit in either Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark
