Do you have experience in developing solutions for major Application Development programs? Do you have experience in planning and managing large ERP or custom development projects? For our Stockholm office we are currently looking to recruit a System Integration Solution Architect to work with the planning and shaping of our new large Application Development projects for our Products industry clients (incl Retail, Industrial Equipment, Consumer goods, Construction companies).

We will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic environment. You will work together with our sales and delivery teams to plan, estimate and shape our future application development projects. Our teams are built on cooperation and teamwork and you will find yourself working together with other talented, passionate and dedicated people towards a shared goal.

In the SI solution architect role you will play an important role in the sales phase of a new project. Your responsibility will include developing the transformation roadmap for the client, leading high level business requirement workshops with the client, lay out the overall project plan, define which resources to assign for the delivery and shape the commercial and contractual part together with the sales team. You will be part of an expanding Nordic team, working with many of the large Nordic companies.


We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:


  • Bachelor/Master of Science degree
  • Interest in building a career in Solution Architecture with a commercial and sales focus
  • Experience in managing major ERP or custom development projects
  • Experience from working as part of a sales team in planning, estimating and shaping the solution for major system integration projects
  • Experience in managing and negotiating contracts
  • Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Fluent in English and in one Nordic language is a must.
  • This role is part of a Nordic team, working with new project opportunities across the Nordic countries, so need to have ability to travel, when needed
