Our Management Consulting practice in the Resources Industry group is focused on supporting transformation agendas of the largest Resources companies in the Nordics. We help leading clients on the key issues facing them on the journey to a digital future with new operating models, new competitive landscapes and new opportunities to optimize operations and improve customer- as well as employee experience. We operate in a Nordic organization with a strong local focus on our clients and our people. We are one of the largest advisory partners in the domain, consisting of more than 130 professionals.

About the opportunity:

We are looking for an individual to be part of the Norwegian Resources consulting practice – focusing on Talent- and Organization (T&O) Development such as Future Workforce, HR Transformation, Agile Organization and change. With the constant disruption and change, digitalization, new ways of working, and a changing workforce, these topics are more relevant and important to our customers than ever.

We help our customers enable their future workforce through architecting and implementing workforce strategies and programs that maximize an organization’s full talent ecosystem (i.e. robotics/AI, employees, adaptive talent). We enable clients to assess, reskill and upskill their workforces through on-demand, continuous, and customized digital learning experiences. We serve clients in HR-transformation programs with a focus on talent development and employee experience to position organizations for success in a digital future. These programs are often powered by digital HR solutions ranging from analytics, workplace and HR SaaS solutions. We are also seeing a rapidly growing demand for our services supporting clients through major business, digital and IT transformations with what has traditionally been termed ‘Change Management’ but is now much more of change visioning and enablement role.

Your role will be to lead the Norwegian T&O Resources practice and grow the domain area through building a sales pipeline and selling projects, as well as attracting other high performers to join the team. You will advise clients on key issues on organization design, talent management and development, organizational effectiveness, as well as leading engagements to make transformations in- and outside HR successful. The clients will expect you to mobilize our expertise in Digital HR capabilities and you will be managing teams of diverse individuals from our consulting, digital and technology practices. You will be challenged to stretch your professional skills and experience – but in doing so you will draw from the extensive thought leadership and experiences from our global organization. About you:

We are looking for candidates that are high performing individuals with drive, high ethical standards and a clear “can do” attitude. You have great passion and excitement for developing businesses, and have strong communication capabilities in a multicultural environment. You are organized and structured, and trusted for building efficient teams and trusted relationships. You should be able to travel when required.

Ideally you have been successful as a consultant at some point in your career – or are currently working at a top-tier consulting firm, but you may also have built your insights into HR domain issues from a career within HR. Experience from the Energy/Utility industries area not required, but will be a plus. You have at least 8 years work experience.

You are passionate about the domain – you already bring a ‘toolbox’ of HR excellence as well as Transformational Change Management. Perhaps you have not yet immersed yourself in digital HR technologies such as SaaS, Analytics – but you understand the value and are keen to learn on the job. You thrive on working in teams and network well. You are determined to prove yourself in one of the leading companies in the professional services industry. You are ready to use your network and knowledge of the Norwegian Energy/Utility/Natural Resources market. Last, but not the least you are fluent in Norwegian and English.
