One Identity Manager Specialist – IAM Consultant
As a One Identity Manager Consultant at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with a specific focus on One Identity Manager for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Identity Governance solutions using One Identity Manager.
Configure and optimize workflows, policies, and role-based access controls within One Identity Manager.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business challenges and translate them into technical requirements
Provide expert advice and guidance on One Identity Manager best practices and IAM strategies.
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Coach colleagues and train teams on One Identity Manager functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Fluent in Dutch (strongly preferred) and English.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting.
2+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (mandatory).
Proven expertise and knowledge of IAM principles and solutions.
Practical experience with Identity Governance solutions, with a strong focus on One Identity Manager.
Certifications:
Certifications in One Identity Manager (mandatory).
Certifications in other IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, or PingIdentity (preferred).
Certifications in Azure/Entra ID.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SABSA or TOGAF frameworks.
CompTIA Security+.
