Senior Manager Industrial and OT Cybersecurity

What You Will Do
As our Senior Solution Architect for Industrial & OT Cybersecurity, you will play a key role in defining, designing, and advancing cybersecurity solutions for industrial automation and control systems.
Your responsibilities include:
Architectural leadership
You are responsible for maturing and evolving our architectural framework and solution approach for securing industrial automation and control systems.Solution design in digital transformation programs
You contribute to client digitalization initiatives (e.g. smart manufacturing, connected and autonomous systems) by designing intelligent, future‑proof security solutions.Complex OT security transformations
Within large-scale transformation programs and converging IT/OT environments, you design and advise on solutions such as:Secure zones, conduits, assets, and endpoints
Secure remote maintenance and access control
Secure cloud, IIoT, and hybrid architectures
Vulnerability and patch management
Threat detection, response, and XDR in OT environments
Security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR)
Service and solution growth
You actively contribute to the positioning, development, and expansion of managed security services and XDR offerings, supporting sales engagements through strong solution design.Thought leadership & advisory
With your strong technical background and business acumen, you act as a business‑driven and innovative thought leader in Industrial & OT cybersecurity, advising clients at both technical and executive levels.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & education
Professional training or certifications in vendor technologies related to IACS and/or cybersecurity
Minimum 10 years of experience in process automation, industrial systems, and/or cybersecurity
A technical degree or equivalent practical experience is strongly preferred
OT cybersecurity expertise
Broad knowledge of Industrial & OT cybersecurity domains, including:
Governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
Cloud and IIoT security
Network security and segmentation
Vulnerability and patch management
Threat detection and response
Familiarity with relevant industry frameworks, standards, and regulations
Solution design capability
Proven experience designing risk‑based OT cybersecurity solutions, including:
IIoT and cloud-connected environments
Secure maintenance and remote access
Network segmentation, zones, and conduits
XDR solutions in OT environments
Consultative and commercial skills
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value
Demonstrated experience supporting sales engagements through solution design and customer advisory
Leadership & collaboration
Cross‑functional team player with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to coach and guide others in a matrix organization
Willingness to travel as required
Language requirements
Fluent in English
Dutch language skills are highly preferred
Dutch‑speaking candidates will be given priority
