IAM Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM Consultant to join our Cyber Security team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity.
Manage Privileged Access solutions using CyberArk.
Develop and maintain Access Management solutions using Entra ID or Okta.
Implement Customer Identity solutions using Okta or PingIdentity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
Provide expert guidance on IAM best practices.
Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting.
Proven expertise and knowledge in IAM.
Hands-on experience with either Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity), Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), Access Management (Entra ID/Okta), or Customer Identity (Okta/PingIdentity).
Certifications:
SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity certifications.
CyberArk certifications.
Okta or PingIdentity certifications.
Azure/Entra ID certifications.
Nice to have:
SABSA or TOGAF frameworks.
CompTIA Security+
