We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM Architect to join our Cyber Security team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity.
Design and implement Privileged Access solutions using CyberArk.
Develop and maintain Access Management solutions using Entra ID or Okta.
Design and implement Customer Identity solutions using Okta or PingIdentity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
Provide expert guidance on IAM solution architecture best practices.
Mentor junior IAM consultants and enable them to be successful on IAM projects.
Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
Support IAM-related business development with IAM expertise and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements.
Ability to create secure and client-centric solution designs to solve complex IAM challenges.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting.
Proven expertise in IAM solution architecture and IAM Project/Program management.
Hands-on experience with either Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity), Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), Access Management (Entra ID/Okta), or Customer Identity (Okta/PingIdentity).
Certifications:
SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity certifications.
CyberArk certifications.
Okta or PingIdentity certifications.
Azure/Entra ID certifications.
Nice to have:
SABSA or TOGAF frameworks.
CISSP.
