Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and analyze sales and distribution processes.
  • Design, configure, and implement solutions in SAP SD.
  • Manage full project lifecycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Configure and support core areas such as order management, pricing, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and customer master data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and BASIS.
  • Lead workshops and provide strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash cycles.
  • Support pre-sales, proposals, estimations, and client presentations when required.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP SD implementation/support projects. Minimum experience of 10 years.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), sales operations, pricing, and billing processes.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery.
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales.
  • Experience in regional/global rollout projects.
  • Knowledge of advanced ATP, FSCM Credit Management, EDI, or CRM integrations.
