Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Strategy & Consulting Global Network team as an Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for recent/ upcoming graduates who are passionate about strategy, problem-solving, and doing impactful work in the business world. As an Analyst, you will work closely with senior consultants on various client projects, gaining invaluable experience and exposure to different industries and business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting research and analysis to support the development of client strategies and solutions

  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing insights and ideas to help solve complex business problems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform analysis, and develop recommendations

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other deliverables for clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information

  • Provide insights on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance consulting services

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Demonstrate passion for consulting, strategy, and business innovation

  • Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and solve problems

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible and willing to work with global/diverse cultures and nationalities – as our clients and teams are global 

Qualification:

  • At least a bachelor's degree or MBA/master's in Supply Chain or Logistics related studies

  • Less than 1 Year of full-time work experience
