Customer Master Data Management (Korean Speaking)
Job Summary
Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate customer master data to support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring seamless processing, billing, and collections. Plays a key role in data governance, quality and compliance across systems like SAP ECC, SAP MDG.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Master Data across Customer, Pricing, Material, Local Sets, and EDI domains. Key duties include:
Data Lifecycle Management: Create, update, and validate records for new customers, intercompany partners, plants, DCs, and employees.
Pricing Maintenance: Manage Suggested Retail Price (SRP), Recommended Retail Price (RRP), and discount maintenance.
Operational Execution: Process "door" openings/closings, manage salon business master data (including credit card updates), and maintain product catalogues.
Material Administration: Maintain Material Master Data, manage retailer new line forms, and coordinate customer assortments at affiliate and retailer levels.
Compliance & Audit: Run SOX change reports, perform sample audits, and ensure all requests meet mandatory approval requirements before processing.
EDI Coordination: Setup data structures for EDI, manage mailbox correspondence, and coordinate requirements for new retailer integrations.
Data Archiving: Ensure the final versions of all request forms and change reports are archived in approved locations or SAP.
Key Skills Competencies:
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle
Knowledge of Customer Master Data structure in SAP (eg. KNA1, KNVV, etc.)
SLA adherence for customer creation/updates
Data governance and data quality expertise
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Stakeholder communication & coordination
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Fluent Korean, English skills including Business Writing and communication
- Familiar with F&A outsourcing operation.
